A: The Ordering.app directly integrates with Square, Clover and Toast. For restaurants using these POS systems, orders will flow directly into your POS, and print from your pre-existing printers.
If your restaurant is using a different POS system, we can still send online orders directly to an external printer, which will save you time from taking orders over the phone.
A: The restaurant pays nothing. The way we make money is by charging a $0.45 transaction fee which is paid by the customers.
We do not take a percentage cut of your order total. We do not even charge a subscription fee. Unlike the vast majority of other online ordering solutions, we help restaurants keep their profits.

A: Our mission is to drive customers to order directly from your website, or directly from the search results they get on Google.
We will create a custom online ordering page that you can link to your home page (typically under a prominent button that says “Order Online”) or from your Google Business Profile (the box that pops up on the right hand side of the screen when someone searches for your restaurant).
Your ordering page will be designed with your own colors, logo, font and menu images (should you want to add photos), so that it will appear as if you yourself built the online ordering experience.
A: Yes and yes! Offering the ability to pay online will shorten the line you have at your restaurant, so that you can attract more business.
A: We enable delivery for restaurants that use their own delivery drivers. We can help you create a tiered pricing structure based on distance, and to block delivery from clients outside of your area of operation.
A: Our focus is on getting customers to buy from you directly with as little friction as possible. To do that, we don’t require customers to download an app but rather we optimize our ordering pages via mobile device browsers.
